"One Platform, Multiple Answers: Multimodal Imaging with the Vevo F2 and LAZR-X20" with Anna St. Lorenz, PhD. - Scientific Applications Specialist at Fujifilm VisualSonics, Inc.

The Vevo F2 with LAZR-X20 combines ultra-high-frequency ultrasound, push-button quantitative elastography, advanced cardiac analysis, and high-speed multispectral photoacoustic imaging into a single, rapid, noninvasive workflow. This captures anatomy, function, tissue stiffness, oxygenation, and molecular contrast in one scan! Real-time co-registered overlays, enhanced image quality, and automated, reproducible quantification increase throughput, minimize user variability, and make sophisticated multimodal studies routine rather than specialized. By expanding measurable endpoints without adding instruments or experimental complexity, this integrated platform helps labs get clearer answers from fewer animals and move to publication-ready results faster. The result is more data per session, stronger statistics, and a shorter path from experiment to impact.
