Stanford Small Animal Imaging Workshop

This intensive three-day workshop provides comprehensive hands-on training in preclinical and molecular imaging techniques for preclinical and translational research. Participants will gain practical experience with multiple imaging modalities while learning current best practices from leading experts in the field.

Preclinical imaging often uses multimodal approaches—integrating functional/molecular techniques (PET, SPECT, optical imaging) with anatomical modalities (MRI, CT, ultrasound)—to non-invasively investigate disease biology and evaluate therapeutic interventions in animal models. This workshop bridges theory and practice through expert lectures, live demonstrations, and extensive hands-on training sessions.
