Thursday, February 14, 2019 - 9:15am to Saturday, February 16, 2019 - 9:15am

Lorne Cancer Conference

The Lorne Cancer Conference is Australia's pre-eminent multidisciplinary cancer research conference, attracting 400-500 Australian and international laboratory and clinically based scientists and students. The conference is traditionally broad in scope, covering various aspects of basic and translational cancer research.

The meeting is to be held in the beachside town of Lorne from 14-17 February 2019, on the beautiful coast two hours south of Melbourne. The scientific program is always outstanding and the associated festivities are enjoyed by all.

The year features a stellar lineup of local and international invited speakers in the areas of tumour cell biology, cancer metabolism, breast and prostate cancer, cancer immunology and immunotherapy, cell signalling, tumour microenvironment, cancer epigenetics and paediatric oncology.

Our invited international speakers include Scott Lowe (MSKCC), Tom Gajewski (U Chicago), Martine Roussel (St Judes), Matt Ellis (Baylor College of Medicine), Marcia Haigis (Harvard), Stefan Pfister (Heidelberg University Hospital) and Martin McMahon (Huntsman).
