Speaker: | Prof. Sanjiv Sam Gambhir, MD, PhD Professor, Radiology Member, Bio-X Member, Cancer Center Professor (By courtesy), Materials Science and Engineering - Engineering Materials Science Stanford School of Medicine Dr. Sam Gambhir’s research is focused on the study of cancer biology through molecular biomedical imaging. His laboratory uses the Vevo® LAZR Imaging System to investigate targeted cancer therapies in preclinical animal models. High-frequency ultrasound and photoacoustic imaging plays a key role in his research today. This webinar will outline specifics surrounding the usage of these technologies for his research. |
