Targeted contrast imaging in the mouse hind limb. P-selectin-coupled MicroMarker was injected and allowed to bind to P-selectin receptors. A contrast disruption pulse was applied to destroy all bound microbubbles. The difference in intensity before and after contrast disruption represents the total P-selectin MicroMaker binding.
